Today I'm thankful for renewed friendships. This afternoon a very wonderful acquaintance spent a couple of hours visiting with me. I met her a few years ago through a friend and we instantly connected. She and her husband have a grown daughter and a special needs son. Like me, she is a full-time caregiver. Our busy lives have kept us from seeing each other much, so I was very glad to see her again.
